We are husband and wife, friends, inspirers, feedback partners, trainers, coaches, gong-therapists and midwives for a new consciousness. For more than 10 years we have been coaching individuals, and training groups and organizations. We put our heart and soul into supporting and accompanying people to live an authentic and fulfilled life. In addition, we say: “It is possible for every human being to leave familiar tracks and break new ground in order to creatively follow the longing of their hearts. Any time and independent of years counted.”
The new ground we broke is a path true to the motto "putting all eggs in one basket". And that brought us to Costa Rica in June 2018. At Lake Arenal we have found our home and the best conditions for living our vision: a beautiful rural estate where we get to create an environment for our guests, our clients, and us that perfectly enables transformation and growth. .Marina
Who am I? I did not know it (any more). My mind had long since drowned out my heart and acted according to the installed programs and conditioning. For years I was under the illusion that I had to be perfect, adapt and work hard to be of value and to be loved. For this I put on one mask after another. So many masks, until at some point I didn't know anymore who I was.
Ralf
As a geographer, I love exploring new territory, and the adventures that come with it can't be big enough for me. However, I could not begin to imagine how big and comprehensive the adventure of exploring myself would become. My 3 grown children still wonder today what happened to their quiet and very steady father.
Eventually I discovered a completely new (game) world that turned everything upside down eliciting perhaps one of my most courageous decisions: "I show my being". Obviously, the voice was powerful and authentic, because my life from then on moved in a direction I could not have imagined. I was moved ...
... from Germany to Costa Rica, a large practice field that excites and confronts everywhere. For the next learning step I consciously let go of everything and let myself fall into nothingness, until I found the one I was missing and unconsciously always searching for. Myself. With all the rough edges and flaws.
Accompanying you on your way of the widely ramified, yet individual journey to inner freedom is both a joy and an honor for me. Authentic, clear and full of love for the being I am mirror and mentor. With fine senses and yet with the power of an amazon.
I encourage you to uncover and rewrite your stories, greet your fears with an "ahoy!" and laugh confidently in life's face. Daring new things, taking off your masks and showing yourself. For making visible what’s most beautiful: your eternal and infinite being.
And for this I am ready to commit myself with all my heart. Because I know: It is so rewarding for each individual and for all others!
Driven by the fear of being lost, not living my potential and wasting my life, I attended an Expand The Box training and the shift was initiated.
With each step I felt (myself) more, became more alive and free. The support I experienced in many following trainings inspired me to become a trainer myself and commit 100% to the development and wellbeing of others.
I initiate spaces for friendly relationships to explore life with all senses. I strongly believe that in the game of life much more is possible than we imagine. With joy and ease, I love to explore new perspectives and bring the impossible within reach. Calm, with integrity and responsibility, I stand ready with all of my heart as a companion and mentor to guide travelers into unexplored territories on their own adventures.
Three years ago I crossed the ocean with my wonderful wife Marina to Costa Rica. This step was the best thing. Together we have created a place where like-minded people can start or continue their adventure.

Born with a pronounced sense of exploring and living my time on earth in as many facets as possible. Being in motion and staying in motion has been my driving force since early on, providing me with the energy to intensively explore yoga, alternative healing modalities, the world of emotions, the magic of the gong, spiritual worlds, and soul space.
Today I am handing down with inspiration what during a number of years I was prepared for by well-known teachers.
I encourage people to embrace their feelings with “Ahoy!" and to smile at life with confidence. To open their hearts for having an unobstructed view of the infinite possibilities that have been existing all along.

Born in Southern Germany, I lived in many parts of the country before I migrated to Costa Rica. I am a husband, a father of three adult children, a skier, a windsurfer, an adventurer and a recreational gardener.
In our trainings, I create friendly relationships so that we passionately explore pure life together. I believe that in the game of life, so much more is possible than we imagine. With much joy and ease, I love to explore new perspectives. In my trainings and coachings I lead intensively and responsibly.
