The Process
Identity Architecture is applied through a structured examination of the internal architecture that organizes behavior.
The process unfolds in four phases.
Mapping the Architecture
The current structure is examined: identity, standards, values, and emotional patterns.
This phase clarifies how behavior and results are presently organized.
Adjusting the Structure
Standards and identity assumptions are examined and consciously revised where necessary.
This shifts the structure that guides decisions and actions.
Identifying Structural Tensions
Conflicts between identity, standards, and values become visible.
These tensions often explain recurring patterns of behavior.
Integration
Changes are integrated into daily behavior and decision-making so the new structure becomes stable.
Who This Work Is For
This is for people who have already seen the structure.
Who completed a Decision Audit and know what needs to change.
Who are ready to do the actual work. 8–12 weeks.
Direct.
No surface-level conversation.
Format
The Identity Architecture Intensive is conducted through a series of focused working sessions.
The process is designed to examine and adjust the deeper structures that organize behavior and decision-making.
Each Intensive is individualized and adapted to the participant’s context and objectives.
Sessions are conducted online and scheduled individually.
